As part of the 2012 Melbourne Food & Wine Festival I will be hosting a very special event at one of my favorite restaurants, Da Noi.
Sardinian chefs Pietro Purcu (Da Noi) and Giovanni Pilu (Pilu at Freshwater) will create a spectacular Sardinian degustation, each course harmonised with exceptional Italian wines thanks to importer and distributor Arquilla. The evening starts with champagne at Gould Galleries where I will give an artist talk about Back of House. Guests will then walk to the restaurant for the feast.
